Willow Arbour

Monika and Claire created a willow arbour around the seat Craig put in. This will give a cosy and shady place to sit and contemplate the plot once established.

The gooseberries are also starting to fruit.

Sadly we can’t chomp on them yet as they need to get the roots bulked up. Roll on next year when we can really tuck in.

Sunflowers for Britain in Bloom

Monika’s girls helped plant around 80 sunflowers in support of 50 golden years of Britain In Bloom.

A mixture of giant and regular sunflowers that should brighten up our plot in summer.

Beeritz Hotel

imageGun has been busy making the already bijou bug hotel into an insectivorous palace. It now has a funky boundary fence courtesy of Poundland.
